Vermicelli & Veggie Soup

This Vermicelli and Vegetables Soup recipe is certainly our whole family’s favorite, from toddlers to grandparents. Feel free to use kitchen-handy broth or stock of your choice, however, it is recommended to cook with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup of Chinese Cabbage
1/4 Cup of Champion Mushroom
1/4 Cup of Vermicelli
1/4 Cup of Black or White Ear Mushroom
2 Pieces of Chopped Spring Onion
2 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
200 Grams of SteadiPro
1 Cup of Fresh Water
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Fine Slices of Spring Onion
1 Tablespoon of Fine Slices of Coriander
1 root of Coriander root

STEPS:

Step 1
Add fresh water into a pot and bring to boiling with medium heat then add garlic and coriander root.

Step 2
Add SteadiPro, Vermicelli, and the rest of vegetables including the chopped spring onion, keep on cooking until the vegetables are cooked.

Step 3
Add oyster sauce and soy sauce and cooking is done.

Step 4
Garnish with fine slices of spring onion and coriander.

Step 5
You can serve it plain or adding Sukiyaki Sauce as an option to suit different tastes.
