Veggie Stir Fry & Steamed Rice

This classic Chinese stir-fried recipe is another of our whole family’s all-time favorite. Nothing beats a warn stir-fried Tofu with so many varieties of vegetables. Freshly steamed jasmine rice is always a great compliment to this dish.

This is a dish with a great way to let everyone enjoy having lots of vegetables. Using SteadiPro as Tofu not only ensures rich and robust flavor but also provides high-quality protein, selective dietary fibers, and other good nutrients.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup of Fine Slices of Ginger
1/2 Cup of Onion
1/4 Cup of Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup of Mushroom
2 Pieces of Chopped Spring Onion
2 Tablespoons of Vegetable oil
1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons of Fresh Water
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
200 Grams of SteadiPro

STEPS:

Step 1
Stir Fry chopped garlic in vegetable oil using medium heat.

Step 2
Add SteadiPro and keep stirring slowly.

Step 3
Add ginger, onion, bell pepper and mushroom then keep stirring until the ingredients are cooked.

Step 4
Slowly add fresh water and chopped spring onion and stir well until the spring onion is cooked and ready to serve.
