Coconut Cream Soup

1/2 Cup of Coarse Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon of Wheat Flour
2 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup of Coconut Cream
1/2 Cup of Fresh Water
1/2 Cup of Sliced Mushroom
165 Grams (55 Grams per Serving) of SteadiPro
1 Teaspoon of Ground Pepper
2 Leaves of Bay Leaf
1/2 Teaspoon of Low Sodium Chicken Stock Powder


Step 1
Heat vegetable oil on a medium heat then add onion and stir.

Step 2
Slowly pour wheat flour into the onion and keep stirring until the ingredients mix well together.

Step 3
Add bay leaves and keep stirring until wheat flour is cooked.

Step 4
Slowly pour the fresh water in the pan and keep stirring gently.

Step 5
Add mushroom and SteadiPro, and slowly add coconut cream.

Step 6
Slowly add low-sodium chicken stock powder and pepper and stir well then, the cooking is complete.
